One-Pot Baked Ziti

One-Pot Baked Ziti. The most amazing thing about this pan is that you take take it straight from the refrigerator to the oven or grill and it won’t shatter. Perfect for easy weeknight meals!
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes (San Marzano)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups water
  • 12 oz ziti
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. For my family, when I make this it feeds 5 of us. 2 adults and 3 teenage children....with about enough for one leftover serving. It's very rich and filling. I've made it 3 or 4 times now. My family loves it and it's made it into our regular rotation.
