Better Than Take-Out Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 4 cups brown rice, prepared
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped or ½ pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • ½ white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
